1978 Pantha MX1002

New Zealand's First BMX

SOLD  Updated, here she is (Nearly finished) rolling again, very happy, have even managed to re build the surgino old euro bottom bracket, very cool. Iv had to settle for a set of forks from a 1979 Mongoose as i could not find the pantha ones. gutted. Blue Dia-Compe levers to be fitted and Blue Fuan Grips to also be fitted.
Here is a box of bits i purchased mostly for the crank set for another build but have decided it is too good, too complete and too rare to put this one into the scrap heap. it has the Euro threaded bottom bracket so is quite thin down low. a very light bike. Single Gusset
