Gary I'm the one who found the other one, do you have anymore info? I.e. what the plating actually is, production numbers? This thing is driving me crazy!!!!! Could we maybe compare serial numbers?

Anyone know if this is a light gold chrome or light gold anodized? Also any info on the paint code or color name for the blue?

There’s No aluminum on the early Auburn’s pre 1990 I believe so it’s some sort of chrome over 4130 chromoly. You can only anodize aluminum, titanium, and maybe zirconium)
