2004 Haro Freestyler
2004 Haro Freestyler
Sold March 2020
I realize every other Museum member has one of these (hell, King of Pipeline has 12) but I had mine in the house so I'm listing it. Bought this a few years ago after watching Mirra win the '03 Gravity Games gold in vert on one, and I have to say it's a blast to ride. Solid but light - the thing rolls forever. Stock build with the exception of the Premium Lite pegs and Thomson seat post. Spec'd with a retro-looking half-paint, half-chrome "Master" (Mirra, really) frame, Premium Lite cranks and euro bb, Haro wheels, etc., etc...a damn fun bike. - Kevin

What # is yours? There is something about these bikes, that makes them a perfect rider.

KOP - #234.
I totally agree with you - I dig riding this bike. Here's a slightly more recent pic. Changed the seat to a black/white Mirra Pro Series.

Re: 2004 Haro Freestyler
That thing still looks in mint condition.. i'm in the process of treaking some of mine.. Riding these bikes are fun, and they seem perfect. I remember Mirra on the Gravity Games on vert.. I think Gary Pollack has that bike now...
I have 12 of these bikes?? It is crazy.. When they first came out, I went nuts...I'll sell a few of them in the future...

I was at the 03 Gravity Games watching Dave on this bike. I've got a picture I took I'll have to dig up. Fun night.

I had one of these, sold it a few years ago. NICE riding bike for sure.

Totally agree. It's sitting in my garage, now. Every time I think about selling it, I remember how nice it felt last time I rolled around on it...lol. Having said that, all it's doin' is sitting lately!

Sounds like someone better make you an offer soon!
They really were great bikes, it was like the era when BMX bikes started getting away from being so massively "overbuilt" and heavy.
