What coaster is that? ---Just noticed the Cinema hubs above. Im guessing thats it?

Just checked page one of this thread, I've been on my alienation rush v2 for over 6 years now. Its probably due for a cleaning and regreasing after 6 years, right? Haha! It has been flawless the entire 6 years, so i never messed with it! Its probably time. I really don't miss riding the Nankai hubs at all. They worked fine, just a lot of maintenance. It was normal to have it apart twice a year.

It’s the internals of my Colony freecoaster. It had been a bit since I last broke into it. Wanted to check it out.

That’s great life out of the alienation hub Matt. I don’t have anything that lasts 6 years...and I hardly ride at all.

Bought it basically new laced to an alienation rim. I dont do a bunch  of pegs bash type of riding, but its seen a whole lot of riding. Most reliable coaster I've rode. Never skips, never ghost pedals. Broke about a third of the spokes over a year and a half leading up to this past February, decided i needed a new rim. I remember thinking while the wheel was apart that i should clean and grease the hub, but decided that if it's not broke, don't fix it. Haha!

Re: Freecoaster fans!!!

Anyone know what brand this FC hub is? Has a 10t cog and is 48 hole.

Re: Freecoaster fans!!!

Looks like a Nankai. A couple pics out in natural light might help to confirm. 10 tooth Nankai drivers are possibly as scarce as Nankai left hand drivers.

Yeah that's a Nankai. Got some different nuts on it, but that's a Technolite shell.
