1980 GJS A Frame

Original Finish GJS A-Frame ...... Classic Old School BMX

I remember seeing these bikes circa 81 and was intrigued by them then, so when the opportunity came up a few years ago to grab this frame I didn't hesitate. Its taken awhile to actually bolt it all together with era correct parts and I'm rather pleased as to how it turned out, ther may be a few more minor tweaks......
I hope everyone enjoys it as I do.
Parts run down...

1980 GJS A-frame (12** serial)
1980 Cycle Pro Forks
Araya 7B w/- Suntour Superbe Hubs
Comp II tyres
GT Bars
Redline non pinch Cranks
Pro Neck stem
Hatta Headset
GJS Seat clamp
MX 1000 Caliper w/- Shimano Straight lever and mathuser pads
Shot-Gun seat
KKT rat trap Pedals
Oakley 3 Grips
Izumi chain... (I need a blue joiner link)

Whenever someone says, "I'm not book smart, but I'm street smart," all I hear is, "I'm not real smart, but I'm imaginary smart."

Great bike - almost as sweet as your HL!!

Check out my 1983 VDC-built Trident, 1983 Kuwi Laserlite, 2010 GT Ultrabox 2, 2011 Crupi race rig and prototype Quamen, plus the all things Crupi & old school scene in Japan threads. Always interested in buying used, mid-school race plates.
