2004 Kink Defender

Kink defender.  Left side drive.  Odyssey cranks. Couldn't find much info on this bike.

Went through and redid this bike. Stripped down and painted black with engine enamel. Clear coated.  Primo seat. Evo brakes. Eastern bars. On the lookout for a sweet rim set. Vinyl lettering from pat catans.  Lol.

Re: 2004 Kink Defender

I believe that the Defenders were US made and I've read that Jim Celincki designed them when he was at Kink, as a team rider frame, hand drawn on a napkin. Nice job on this one!

Re: 2004 Kink Defender

I emailed Jim C on this.  He said frame out of Brew Bikes.   When I contacted them, they said they did not make the defender there. Anyways, hope it’s still a U.S build. Still have this bike and stop by the Kink appreciation thread.
