2000 Trek TR10

This is what you ride if you come to the house without a bike.

Or if you want to cruise to the beach and not bring a lock.
I got this sweet tank years ago off CL as a pkg w/ another bike.
Thing was in rough shape. It breathed a HUGE sigh of relief as I emptied about a cup of sand out of the bottom bracket.
Has cool Bontrager parts, featuring a seat w/ bent rails.
These brands I knew from mo*ntain biking, so I got it some tires that look the part.
Grips from the bike section at the local Benny's...grease, and off she goes!
It has an OG paint job that wont quit, tho rust is a continual battle on the steel parts.
No problem, its a loner, but also a giver.

Re: 2000 Trek TR10

the oldest Trek BMX I've ever seen - hold on to that!

I can't believe the way people mistreat bikes. It also amazes me how many people don't have any bikes and never ride them - poor miserable souls.
