Except .38s don't have built in seat post clamps.

I think its a 2008 S&M .38 special they came with the built in seat clamp.

YOU may want to tighten the chain and lose the chain gard + reflectors on that nice intersepter GT.

Look into a Dianese Commander chest protector. Road racing Italian company. Expensive to purchase compared to other chest and shoulder armor, but worth it's weight in gold. The layered design of the shoulder caps have saved me from no lest than 4 collar bones this season. Extremely hard hits, bounced, got my bike and continued on. From my experience (not IMO) there is no design out there that even comes close. I paid about $135 for mine and I would pay double that any day of the week. I also use their shin/ knee guards and elbow guards. Amazing protection.

Got my new helmet and wheel set on the way. I' m polishing up an 08 DK Fury, I know it is basic. But I figure right now I am the weak link. I've been off the track since 85...

The web site that you posted the Dianese Commander from is located in Sacramento California. They have the best price on the net that I have found. Thanks for putting up a picture so that others can see how compact and well design it is. Like I said: I would not take a lap without this gear on even on a dare!

I am still getting used to the bike this is my 4th race with it!!!! I went from a 18.5" supergoose to a 21" .38 special!

Fortunately for my friend Jim on sunday he whooped me !!!!! Oh sweet revenge! is comming
