Re: Racers! Lets see your race sleds.

it's funny..some guy in michigan has a ghp just like  Vert1go's and at one of the last state races I heard some guys saying "I've seen that bike on one of the bike sites" but the owner said he didn't have any pictures of it out on the internet and had no idea what they were talking about.  I only thought it was kinda funny cuz that was my 1st thought too...what's Vet1go's bike doing in Michigan:)  I'll post my current  bikes soon...I usually race my 84 GT in the first moto, then either my patterson or my 05 pkripper(with tuff's) in the 2nd moto, then I usually run my Boss Bad Boy proxl for the last moto....wish we had enough guys in my class to run a main so I could run another bike for that too.  nice bikes guys

2005 DK RM59. It's seen a few practice nights, and will hopefully be seeing some race action next season.

2005 Porter Racing Products 24" It's been changed up a bit since this pic was taken. I raced this thing quite a bit during the 2008 season, rode the heck out of it at Ray's MTB last winter, and managed to get in one race this season. Oh well, there's always next year.

Re: Racers! Lets see your race sleds.

Take a look at the Black Market riot in My Bikes.  I rode it to two 3rds and two 2nds in at four NBL nationals this year.  Also raced it at the NBL Grands, went 2-2-2 in my motos (missed the main).  This is 35-39 Cruiser.  Ended up National 16.

Just wondering, why are some of you guys using face masks still?  There's no way I would not use a full face helmet.

Some guys are still in the dark ages. But I have seen a few racers crash in these helmets. And they made the switch. wink

you would be hard pressed to find a crash harder then some of mine .I see no need to use a full face helmet.Unless I want to break a collarbone
