Wheels are temporary until I get my rear mega hub laced to a nos bfr rim. Still needs brakes. I call it "Big Ugly"! Just threw on the chrome os cranks, mega nuke and other pro parts I scavenged off a recent pick up https://s3.amazonaws.com/uploads.bmxmuseum.com/user-image … 88a606.jpg

Sweet! I've used plastidip to coat a few bikes. Holds up well, pick a color and pretty cheap. Are those forks bent?

No they aren't bent, must be the angle of the pic. The paint is in decent shape, just has a few dents and don't want to powdercoat it

Hoping to get this put together again using the original 1" threadless fork and stem.

Re: Mid-School HARO THREAD - for those of us that love the midschool haro
Had to go to Manhattan today. Scored this in Harlem. Not sure about the rear wheel. But I don’t see Bashers that often. This summer I found a Walgoose on the roadside in the trash. I sold it and with the money I bought a GT Bestwick. I sold the Bestwick and got a Standard frame set and had money left over for the Basher. I would sell the Basher, but I just rode it a couple miles and really like it.

Hey everyone.
This is about one of our BMX BROTHERS who is a huge HARO/MIRRA fan and frequents this thread.
Please visit the link.
Thank you.

Heres my profound, life changing statement.
Lifes a bitch..PASS ME A BEER.
They're reacting and that's wonderful. It's better than them sitting there doing nothing. I say make them react - do whatever's in your power to move the audience, and if that's where it is, and there where it is with America, sex and violence, then I say project it.

Whoa whoa whoa, Miss Lippy! The part of the story I don't like is that the little boy gave up looking for Happy after an hour! He didn't put posters up or anything, he just sat on the porch like a goon and waited! That little boy's gotta think 'You got a pet. You got a responsibility!' If your dog is lost you don't look for an hour then call it quits! You get your ass out there and you find that fu*king dog!!! (Billy Madison)

Guys, thank you so much.
I had to switch up the stem. Bars were too low for real riding. And since my step son REALLY likes the new Mirra, I started bringing this back.....

Nice! Yeah I rarely see the old 1 inch drags on anything but I love there look. I loved the old Hoffman bars that were thick. The chocolates were super cool
