1998 Haro Revo

Hi all,
I cant find this info anywhere. I just acquired a 1998 Haro Revo for a Master tribute ride. The frame is in shipment to me.

Can anyone tell me what size the dropouts are?  I cant find 14mm or 3/8 anywhere online.

Thanks all!
Ken

Re: 1998 Haro Revo

i have a 99 Zippo and the dropouts were 13mm!! I cut them to fit 14mm wheels.
I know its a different year so hopefully they will be 3/8 on a 98

That just made me curious. They actually are 14mm, I was thinking of the stock axle size. Haro used spacer washers to center. I just repacked the bearings yesterday so 3/8 was fresh in my mind.

Re: 1998 Haro Revo

I ended up getting 14mm Odyssey 48h chrome wheels. The f/f dropouts wouldnt accept the axles. I had to shave a smidge off with a file to get them to fit. The dropouts actually measured 13.8mm...WEIRD

Re: 1998 Haro Revo

actually they are 1/2. the axel thread is 1/2 x 20tpi. They only used that axel size for a few years. Most people file them out to 14mm.
