1998 McMahon Pro
1998 McMahon Pro
Ultra Rare MTB Company Produced BMX w/English BB
Yet another rare McMahon MTB company produced BMX frame picked up off eBay. What I believe makes this frame stand out from the other MRC frames is the fact that it is of traditional style construction while all other MRC bmx frames I have seen to date were of the monocoque style construction. Another interesting detail is that the frame was constructed using extremely light gauge aluminum, an offset track-style cnc'd chainstay lug and encompasses the use of an English thread bottom bracket. If anyone else has information on the frame please chime in as I wasn't able to find any record of it online or throughout my bmxer collection. Hope you enjoy the frame and look forward to hopefully finding out a little more about it!

Thanks, I'm thrilled to have it! Just hope a little more info comes to light on it...I'm thinking it might be something built for someone as a custom-type thing.
