2012 S&M Intrikat

Getting closer

My Nephew gave me what was left of his Premium Three ring and using that bike and an old 2000ish Redline i found in a park. (see last pic). i bought the Intrikat on e bay and used the parts i had to build the bike up. (see pic 3). I wanted an Intrikat from the moment i saw one, i have always been a fan of S & M especially after seeing Chris Moeler at Backyard Jam in the 90's. (Jumping the chasm). Picture 2 is after i got some new parts (bars, grips). i also rawed the crank and forks and polished the stem and sprocket and painted the wheels. Pic 1 see it with new Cult gum tyres and looking a bit more like i want it to look. I plan more new parts (forks, cranks) and have a shimano coaster to lace in, probably using chrome rims and spokes. this bike is so well balanced, it just wants to roll.pic 4 is an update. Fastpitch forks. Skylark rims and a coaster. They can be so much fun. And I am not quite ready to go totally brakeless. Just the drivetrain to go.
