Re: 1979 Moto One

Wow... Very interesting bike. smile I've never seen one of those and it's so close to a Mongoose that I can't help diggin' the similarities...cool

It's interesting to see that little "butterfly" gusset above the BB and those forks look way cool with 2 choices for a drop out? I've never seen that before. Cool...

An all around great build there with the Yellow tuffs, that Three Arrows sprocket and all the other components... This bike really catches your eye! smile

I'd also like to see some before pics if possible and learn more about this whole thing...

Re: 1979 Moto One

Nice bike mate, you done a crackin job. The double dropouts looks great in white, really shows em off.

I picked up a set of those forks recently (helped identify by texasbmx - cheers) and am learning a bit about them, cool bikes.

Re: 1979 Moto One

Interesting fork with the 4 progressively larger holes in the dropouts.  Other dual dropouts I’ve seen on Moto One and similar entry level bikes (eg Madison here in Oz) have 3 progressively larger holes with a smaller hole for tabbed washers.  Cool as cool
