1981 Murray Baja 26

OG survivor frame and fork

I bought this frame & fork set on ebay a month ago, and finished it this month.  Original finish has a little patina, but the condition is solid.  It's built with parts I had laying around.  It's fast & smooth.  I got lots of compliments on it at the latest ride.

Nice Baja!  Did you have to cut the headset cups down to make them fit?

Niceee..  I got mine just the frame off ebay and built it up.  I bought a Tioga bear trap II headset and the cups didn't fit all the way in because of how the tubes are connected on these old Murrays.  I had some clearances cut on the cups and now they fit nicely.  Fun bikes, I ride mine everyday.  cool
