1980 Schwinn Sting Competition

This was a nos frame..sat in an attic for 25 years before I found it..

Well lucked out and found this in a friend's attic after buying a old mongoose..it's a 80 sting comp..has nearly all nos schwinn parts...seat clamp, stem, team schwinn cranks, mint nos shimano hubs mounted to nos hoops that the blue is fkn incredible...MINT NOS irc super mx-3 gumballs, nos dx lever and new mx 1000 caliper, dynamic viscount seat..etc..etc..I really like the way it turned out..just have to find the right pedals and route the cables and it's I think show worthy..

Nice. I switch out that new mx-1000 for an original one. Otherwise, big_smile!
