2011 Greg Melms JMC Cruiser Tribute
Serial# MELMS C24 001 (1of 2 made)
A tribute to a classic.
Designed with the intent on keeping the style unmistakably Old School JMC, this cruiser has been fabricated with dramatically different geometry than the original in addition to some subtle design tweaks.
While not immediately noticeable, the top tube/ seat mast junction has been lowered 1.5â€, the top tube length has been lengthened, the down tube diameter has been increased, the rear drop outs have been scaled down in size, and all drop outs have been increased in thickness.
There is also an improved brake bridge tube that incorporates a solid mount to prevent the collapse of the tube when brakes are installed.
The changes in geometry include raising the bottom bracket, increasing the head tube angle, and shortening the chainstay length.
The result is a bike that is much more responsive than the originals yet still evokes memories from back in the day.
Specifications:
HTA: 74*
STA: 73*
TT: 21.3â€
CS: 14.5â€
BB: 12.0â€
Wheel base min: 37.650â€
Headtube: 1†threaded
Bottom bracket: American

Re: 2011 GM Designs Greg Melms JMC Cruiser Tribute 24
Thank you!
I fixed a minor typo....this bike is a 24" cruiser not a 26".
I haven't quite decided if I want to make any more of these yet....
