1984 Mongoose Expert

Built this for my youngest son

We picked up this whole bike in pcs.  It all started with a Diamondback Silver Streak I bought with Pro Class wheels and Bars.  Replaced them on the DB and just started buying/building the bike around the wheels and bars.  Other than the cranks/sproket combo not one part on the bike came from the same source.  Anyhow, my son likes it and I think it turned out pretty cool.

Re: 1984 Mongoose Expert

I love pics of kids riding bikes that were made before they were ever a twinkle in anyone's eye.  Nice ride.  He has good taste!
