Looking for fatland traning vids
As the title implies, I really want to learn how to flatland and what better time than the middle of winter so I can sit back, drink a cup of Joe and watch some good/informative training vids
My love for bikes is all about the late 80's freestyle and I hate to be a poser and not know how to do shit with them lol. So please, if you have seen a good beginner's flatland video post it. I have been on YouTube and vimeo but sometimes it's hard to find the right ones there.
I know everyone says to go for a ns bike cuz of their geometry, but where will the fun be in that? I wanna learn/ride my os bikes and maybe after getting good, I'll switch over to a ns one.
I found this one a lil while ago and I really like the way he went about teaching the trick, so here's an example of the type of vid I'm interested in.
Thanks!!

What a pleasant dude. I like Wes and his approach to tutorials. I'd ride with him!

Re: Looking for fatland traning vids
I've had the pleasure of riding with Wes a couple times, and yeah, he is a great guy Check out his other vids, he's an awesome rider too!
Joey, as mentioned, Ground Rules is awesome because Matt explains the tricks like Wes did here. 101 freestyle Tricks 1 & 2 are good also. They don't explain the tricks, but at least you can see them and get familar with their names. The link Jon1971 posted has part 1 listed I think. You can watch it there.
Looks like we are local. I'm recovering from a busted ankle right now, but once I'm over it ( probably another 6 weeks) I would be down to come out and ride. I'm no pro, but I have a decent bag of tricks, and could help you with some of the basics. Or feel free to message me if you have questions. I'm glad to help if I can. Either way, good luck!

Yeah I got it thanks.. I think I'm gonna wait and try to find a complete survivor, I got too much tied up in this quad I'm building right now that may change though, sometimes I get a little bored and stray (I just spent 150 on old bmx toys last night!)
