This Peregrine flies again!!!!! Before and after survivor restoration.
Here is my 1988 Peregrine Expert survivor. I recently scored this for free in New Brunswick N.J. Everything is original right down to the bearings and tubes with the exception of the tires, grips, chain, pedals and cables. Born and raised in New Jersey, the best thing is the bike was originally sold in Riverdale at Warfields ten minutes from where I grew up. Happy to say it will stay in Jersey and stayed as original as possible. I put a lot of work into this and I am proud to say it came out better than I thought. I would like to thank Scott at Bicycle Tech in Lincoln Park for the tedious task of making these brakes PERFECT. These guys rock!!!!! Check it.........

That clean-up exceeded my expectations as I paged down ... even the rotor came out great!!!
HOW did you manage to clean up the Peregrine CD? I have a few and haven't been able to clean them up like that.

I used 0000 steel wool with fantastik. I worked in a circular direction as to not make any cross grain scratches. It was an experiment for me and I was happy with the results. Thanks for the compliments. I really love this bike!

very nice and perfect example what time and detailing can do.so many guys i know that would have striped it down and repainted.they just can't see a bike cleaned properly and detailed.awesome job.
