Nice Survivor Condition

When this came up for sale I had to have it. My first freestyle bike was just like this one.

Always looking for Schwinn Freeform and Dyno stuff, and I would love to put together a Dinky for my youngest before he is to old.

I know this was Schwinn's low end styler - but I love the simple design, low rise bars, and fast geometry (head tube angle).  Looks like it would be a solid rider today.  Great find!

It does cruise nice..........is to be expected from 4130. I have not tried any tricks on it yet though. Still a little nervous to beat it up more than it is. I love the way it turned out and for now (winter) it will hang on the wall in the family room. I know I will get over that feeling soon enough and be using it the way I use my Compe. It may just be fond memories but I remember it being a great handling bike. big_smile

I love your bike. My dream bike is not some major name brand bike either but harder than hell to find.  Someday I would love to have mags on a bike. Yours looks sweet.  Cool!

Re: 1985 Schwinn Predator Free Form EX

I had this bike as a kid, and it was really well made.  The blue tires and grips really give it a different look than the stock black tires and checkered grips.  And, the mags look way better than the OEM ones.  nice work!

F'n awesome!! I remember that exact bike sitting at the local bike shop when I was a kid. Same shop I got my '84 Californian from. They mostly had Schwinns and Mongoose stuff. They had an '84 Master F&F that sat on the shelf for years there. Memories.

I just recently scored a Freeform survivor from a local thrift store.
