1979 Redline MX-II

Replica of my childhood bike

The most special possession of my life was the Redline MX-II I got on Christmas morning 1978.  I lived on that bike through my freshman year of high school (1986) when I lost it in a move from Florida to Cincinnati.  I never forgot about it, and decided to build sort of a tribute to it after all of these years. This bike looks almost identical to the one I had.  I tried to use mostly old school parts that I purchased on Ebay and on the museum.  I also added some filler parts from porkchop.  God bless that guy for making this hobby accessable and affordable to everyone who loves BMX.  Here is a link to the build http://bmxmuseum.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=450388
Thanks for looking!
