1997 Schwinn Predator Pro

Ebay find for $20.  Paid more for shipping again.

I don't know much about this bike. I think it may be an XS series. I will try to make this one into a good all around street bike.

Re: 1997 Schwinn Predator Pro

I have decided to make this one a members choice color scheme bike to go with the other one.  You pick the colors or color scheme and I will go with the most requested idea and either have it powder coated or painted by a professional body shop.  Let me know how you want to see it!!!

Re: 1997 Schwinn Predator Pro

My buddy found one just like the first f/f behind a garbage bin last week. But it was complete. Not all OG parts and some were garbage.

Same color stickers and brake arms. Also the chrome looks good on it.

He's gonna retire his MachI and build the predator up for his 20" rider.Actually we put some cheap mags and some bigger Dyno bars on it and it rides pretty good.

Either way for free it wasnt bad.

Like to see what you end up w/ on that one.

nice one, i got one of those too, but mine was like a mettalic red color with chrome forks when i bought it some 14 years ago. now its orange and black. ill try to get some pics of it up soon. its still a work in progress tho, its been neglected for some years. still rides sweet tho, just doesnt look as good as it deserves to.

Damn guys, where are you finding these things? $20 is a great score on it, I am starting to like the 95-99 Schwinns more and more. Regret that I sold off my 95 Predator.
