Re: 1991 Haro Air Master

No mate, it's actually one of two I had BITD. I have another frame as well that I got from Canada but I was not happy with how it was painted. yellows99 had The original set of decals taken off his bike so we could get the decals redone. Posting more pics today.

The seats are super hard to come across these days, especially NOS. As for the pegs, they seem to pop up on ebay UK from time to time.

Perfect D

I absolutely love the color scheme and the decals.

May I ask who did the paint job? Is is a perfect match to the original color?

Cheers,

Laurent

Thanks Raven, you have some awesome rides too.

Yep that was the one I have back now. It was taken at my parents house back in January 1991, I only had that bike 6 weeks when a low life stole it and painted it with green fence paint. Got it back less the Fusion 3 piece cranks. Then I had another I swapped for my 91 Ground Master, it snapped the whole back end out of it. Wish I was smart enough to keep it, lol.

Yep, it looks just like it did the day I saw my first one. I tracked the paint down (luminous red) which you can find in one of the Air Master forums. It is a real pain to paint around the welds the guy told me. Needed quite a few coats as well as a good undercoat.

I put it on Friday night, then took it off until yesterday morning, lol. I just know I might never see another again but do I really need two? It was just hard to list with all the BS I went through to get it 100% done. Anyway it's gonna go to someone who is passionate about restoring her so i'm fine with that.

Last time I looked at it ,,,,there was some serious bidding on it ,,,,,,I think people understand how rare they are ,,,and to get one fully restored is a real bonus ,,,,,I hope who ever buy,s it builds it up as nice as the one you just finished .............very nice I love it :D:D:cool:

I mailed him after I saw the address, he got right back and said he has all the artwork for 82'-92'
and Haro will be releasing them for sale on their site hopefully in roughly 6 months. :D
