CL find. Original except for wheels and seat. GT seat clamp and spider. NICE condition! Not sure what to do with it. It's like a GT Interceptor with prettier dropouts and a tougher look. This needs blue  annodized rims, hubs, brakes, bars and seat stem. But this is too original to do anything more than the wheels. Wow. After really looking at this frame... I think I'm in love. Every line and angle is beautiful. This thing is Industrial Art. Sold.
