I lost a good homie too, it hasnt been a year yet. He went out Bon Scott style and I curse the SOB for being wreckless like that. His facebook is still up and people still go on there to say hi and tell stories. It has been a rough time for sure....sorry for your loss.sad

Re: I LOST MY BEST BRO PLEASE READ

So sorry to hear of your loss. I know it's been said already but time does heal. I've lost 4 very close friends in the last 21 years of my life and I'm 38. Not a day goes by that I don't think about them. I know the pain really sucks right now but I know you'll never forget him and you will get through this. Thoughts and prayers to his Family and close friends

Terrible thing to go at 40 years young. I guess you need to live life to the fullest everyday and sweat the stupid little shit people get caught up in. Sorry for your loss.

Re: I LOST MY BEST BRO PLEASE READ

Some people live their entire life without ever knowing the type of friendship you had with Jp. You are very very fortunate to have the memories and the wisdom he shared with you. Be strong.

Re: I LOST MY BEST BRO PLEASE READ

What an absolute tragedy...guy looked strong as an ox.  I haven't had the privilege of knowing either of you guys but things like this show how precious life is and how everybody should cherish everyday they see the sun rise (I have).  I have seen many die too soon (kids in my grade school, high school, my father, and others) and these stories just kill me to read for the friends and family involved.

Adding my thoughts and prayers to you and his friends and family. Sorry to have never crossed his path here in the forums, but he is obviously "our kind of people", love the five window as well. Honor his memory by celebrating his life and your friendship whenever and wherever possible. Heads up man, you will see him again.

Re: I LOST MY BEST BRO PLEASE READ

I'm really sorry to hear this... Even though I don't know you guys personally, you're all very familiar from the hoarders thread. I know your sense of loss is crushing...  But I know you'll honor your friend's memory and your friendship for the rest of your life. Ultimately you'll allow the pain you feel and the memories to show you a path to a better place.

Ride on my man and RIP Dr. Chopper.
