1979 Husqvarna

Very rare... frame and fork made by DG

I bought one of these new in 1979 at a Husqvarna dealer in Riverdale GA... they had to ship it from Ohio because only a couple were left... Approx. 18-20 made. This particular one is a recreation with an original Husky frame and a lot of original type components.

Re: 1979 Husqvarna

Sweden made bicycles before motorcycles.... and cannons before that!  This bike however was made by DG in California. Yard equipment (owned by electrolux) are made in one of the Carolinas.

Ha! I grew up in Riverdale, Ga. & raced for Sport Cycle. That's crazy!
