there was a pacific frame on the bay a couple of weeks ago. Ya, not the wally-world Pacific,, but the old school ones - I'm pretty sure it's the same company,,, they just sold out to cheap labor like everyone else...

Re: Rare BMX bikes.....TOP TEN

Hey jcraig.

Was that factory rider Gene Cook or Wesley Cline?  I have the only TRS posted.  I guess it could have been David Little.

I also have the only Mark One.  But someone posted some Team Stuff but he was a guest.

Catch ya later-

How about that early PK with the diamond dropouts I saw on the bay awhile back?  Maybe more rare than a JU6 or DB4.

Do not deal with Niagara Cycles, NY.

without a doubt!! a 1st generation RRS 24 cruiser. This is the first ever produced 24" BMX cruiser that became the footprint for all the other's to follow. If you've got one of these floating around..let's see it.

1975 26" Redline Squareback. Only one (1) of these were ever made.
1975 20" Moto Pro "Donahue" made. Looks just like a 1975 Redline Squareback.
1974/75 20" Redline looptail.
1974 Redline mono-shock

I would defiantly agree these are in the top 10 if not the top 15,

They only made 3 Looptails and 37 of the Mono-Shocks and most of them got swapped out for a Squareback when they broke.

Others would have to be;
G-Boy
Mr Styx Wedge (less than 50 made)
KOS Kruiser Tandem (only 2 made)
Mongoose Mono-Shock
16"  Squareback pit (only 50 made)
The first Generation Racer-X (only 2 known to exist)
The first year DeCoster w/ the extra gusset (less than 6 known to exist)
The looptail DeCoster

IDK. Too broke to pay attention.
Maybe if someone takes pity on me and gives me a ride.

Re: Rare BMX bikes.....TOP TEN

OK!!! Thread Jack in process!! I never follow the rules, so I said screw it... I'm gonna list what I always wanted...but never had.
Maybe not Rare, but maybe by now some of them are.

1. Thruster Tri-Power (a friends dad had one and we were not even allowed to touch it!)
2. Cook Bros (same dipshit dad had one of these too... no touching!)
3. The Pearl White w/ 24k gold Hutch Trickstar (remember the BMX Plus ad for this??? Wow!!)
4. Wilkerson Airlines Riot
5. Rumblefish (cool as hell design)
5. Bully Bashguard (original white/black)
6. MCS Mantis (was always too big to ride one... but it's bad ass!)
7. Kastan Strut (the single sided fork!! Who doesn't want one of those!!)
8. Bully R.O.X (yes... Bully made a mountain bike... with a bashguard!!)
9. Dyno Slammer (original version with welded on bashguard tubes)
10. 89 Haro Master (it's cool... leave me alone!)

Dig out your bashguard bikes and let me know! I'm looking for a '91 Mongoose Hooligan, Dyno Slammer 2, '95 Haro Basher, . I'll consider the others too for the right price!
