1982 Mongoose Two-Four F/F, Almost Ready to Ride!
Here is the next one in line for me, will set it up like I had my 1979 chrome w/ blue accessories 20" Motomag (sure wish I still had it!) back in the day. Can't wait to get all of the parts for this one, until then will just keep polishing the chrome.
Updated:
Laced up my first wheel on this one (rear) came out supprisingly well.
Getting Closer!
Wish I still had my 81 Motomag Goose!

Thanks, Man I took a look at your bikes those are ones I always wanted. But could never cut enough lawns to buy one. I am thinking one of those two will be my next build, but need to research if they came in 24 or 26" sizes.
Thanks again!
Wish I still had my 81 Motomag Goose!

HI Kendal,
do you have any photo's of the serial number? it it on the underside of the open box section of the chainstay behind the BB?
I ask because I too have a 24 inch and belive it to be a mongoose two/four. I just want to make sure.
My serial number is A2000319 and I don't know anyone else in Australia that has one, there may be more here?
Anyway, yours looks great and it should build up into a great bike.
Yours is definitely a 1982 Mongoose 24"!
Still searching for my missing bikes from BITD. 1979 Blue Max serial: CI9 221346 and 1977 Webco serial: 42667. Both were last seen at Spoke and Sport Bicycles in Spokane, WA around 1984. $600 reward if found!!
