1986 Haro Sport

2nd. owner.I just about had a heart attack when I seen the ad for it in one of the local papers.Picked it up for $125.All original except seatpost, tires, grips, and I'm not sure about the gyro.

My current camera sucks and inside pics come out even worse, but she's still sitting in my living room next to my 85 master frame and forks.Just can't get myself to take it to the garage yet.I wish spring would get here already so I can ride it,I'm going nuts!!

86's never came with de-tangling devices. 87 was the first year haro put gyros on its bikes.

Re: 1986 Haro Sport

Sweet! I had one just like it. Bought it brand new in '86. Wish I still had it.

Re: 1986 Haro Sport

Holy crap....I'm surprised this old dog is still getting comments.  ;)
By the way it still has every part on it from when I first got it.Minus one blue donut and the front tire.
I figured if it made it 20 years sitting just like this that it was plenty good enough for me just the way she is.If I would have went 100% factory stock like I originally wanted it just wouldn't mean as much to me as it does now.
I ride this more than any of my bikes.....well toss up between this and the 87 Pro Compe.
:)
