1985 GT Pro Performer

A replica build of the bike I rode in 1984/5.

This was my first build, started in 2005 with the purchase of the nos frame from France. From there I sourced the parts over a two year period finishing with the forks from Germany. For me,the bike looks 'killer' but unfortunately it's an absolute dog to ride.
I've now changed the pedals to gold Shimano DX,stuck an ACS stem on and gone for yellow brake cables, for 2019, to compliment the yellow downtube decals. Subtle but effective.

Fantastic.  A time capsule.
