I would assume that the frame was replaced at one time as there is no serial number. It was originally Chrome and there was no eveidence of a serial #. Since the pictures the bike has been taken apart and is now getting replated and turned show...This was my childhood bike and I dicided that it is something I would like to bring back to it original beauty and enjoy for a long time. I will post some pics of restoration as it gets closer...But please enjoy the pics of it how it has been known to me for the last 10 years.

Got the frame back and just finished decaling it up. Can't wait to start hanging on some new parts. big_smile
Frame, Fork, & Post were Rechromed
Clamp & all decals are all NOS

Frame/Fork looks super sweet....but didn't SX-2000's first come out in '80...probably splitting hairs here,
Still a beautiful looking F/F...
