1998 Hoffman Condor

Just another Condor. :)

Originally picked this up off craigslist complete for $50. Been REALLY wanting a Condor and this one fit the bill.
Replaced most everything on it except the frame, bars and brake levers. Though I still do have most of the og parts. I was going to re-finish the whole thing but I figured the frame was in good enough shape so I just re-finished the bars and the replacement fork.
Parts: Hoffman Love Handle Bars.Eastern fork to re-place the Super Fork that weighed a metric ton!Alien Nation 440 rims laced to Primo hubs(SOB front and Pro rear).Kenda Kontact 20 x 2.25 tires.Dia-Tech Hombre brakes with clear Odyssey pads.OG Dia-Tech MX-97 levers.Snafu Mobeus Detangler.Odyssey Twisted PC LE pedals(blue berry).Sinz Expert Cranks and 42t chain ring.Stolen Thermalite Pegs.Shadow Conspiracy 320mm seat post.Alius PC pivotal seat.Redline Hollowpoint stem.
... and some other stuff. :D

Re: 1998 Hoffman Condor

You spent some money on it.....but in my opinion, it's a condor and it needs to look like a freestyle bike  ;) Plus that Hoffman parts start becoming uber rare to find..

Re: 1998 Hoffman Condor

No kidding.  Hoffman parts are beaucoup rare in Idaho.  I consider myself lucky to have found mine local.  I am still a bit pissed about the set of early patriot bars that I didn't recognize at the time....  Hey I'm $5 richer though. Love the build, especially the light blue on black.  Very sharp!

Cool, a new bike.  Wait a minute.......where am I going to hide this one.  She's going to catch me...

Wanted: 90 Holmes f/f decals, Odyssey parts in vapor blue

Thanks! Yeah, at $50 for a complete, I couldn't believe it was still around.
