Re: The Irie Yardie

Ah cool. I've been there before. Matching colors is a PIA for sure, esp from diff manufacturers.

I am surprised that this build has been overall positive when it comes to matching different manufactures. As I said before, I am grateful to a number of people out there for assisting me in building this:

Michael - Joseph - James - Larry - Robert - Brian and NICK.

After this one is complete, you should be seeing it in Indiana comes Feb. And then off to building some donation bikes for the upcoming Spring/Summer.

Glad you kept that frame and fork!

It would have been cheaper to sell, but thanks to you and another person, it is going nowhere. If all goes well, I should be done with the build in the coming days. Just hoping the final piece is the right colour.

Are you done with your build?

I've collected all the parts. Just need to put them together now  big_smile

Are you going to do a build thread or final product?

Re: The Irie Yardie

Another fun build is on its way. Since building the teak pro styler - it is now time to add another one as a daily rider (part 2). I have been searching for cali red for some time and finally found one is descent condition.

Re: The Irie Yardie

This will be a quick build since I already have the majority of the parts.

Show builds are fun but it doesn't make sense since i won't ride them.

Nope.

I thought you're the mastermind behind those words.  Am I mistaken?
