I used to drink 6 packs of cokes a day and weigh alot.  Last 2weeks, I cut out all the sugar and cokes and drank nothing but water with water flavoring - 5 calories a bottle.  Lost 10 pounds.   Pretty sure everyone's tired of feeling fat and wanting to be thin again.  Fat is out and thin is in.

Oh...   I can see a potential BMX story brewing in BMX Classic Magazine (Mark Gray).

Great job!!  My kids got into BMX and I've been riding a lot with them.  Then went back to work in a bike shop.  I've went from 260 at 6'2" to 235 in 4 months without changing much else.  Healthy habits are good, but no so good on my wallet.

For many years I let me self go and ended up growing to be 350 pounds at 5'6". Until a year ago when I discovered the museum decided to get an old frame set and with the help of members, mods and admins giving me tips and tricks. I was up and riding. Like I said its been a year now and I am very proud to say that I am currently 255 pounds and have gone from a size 50 to a 38 and 4xl shirt to an XL. So thank you to all those who have sold me parts, showed me the tricks of the trade, and gave me the inspiration to get off of my ass and get pedaling.

Thank you,
John

Man that's all some .  Bikes can do so much for a person.
Ridding bikes have been helping me get sober and I love it. My bmx friends help push me to stay clean. Some times I slip but w/o them it would have been much harder

Keep up the good work

I'm a rider not a speller... Sorry if you dislike  but I try hard. So please take it easy.
Got me a Model-C aftermarket frame!!!!

Kink frame anyone..? P.m me
