Behold the Endless Bikes Kickass Cog.  Wide base and aluminum will be kinder to the freehub body than narrow steel. 14t. American made, like the hub it rides.

Sweet

The Sinz I posted above is chromoly, but thing I most like is the wide profile / built in spacer, as to your point about freehub body wear, it too is nicer to the hub.

The essence of dirt jumping is a mix of bmx and mtb.  Nothing crosses over these genres like Profile Racing.  I try to use all Profile parts unless there is a BlkMrkt part of the same thing, like stem.  The Profile parts list on my DJ includes:

  • Elite MTB disc rear hub 32h 9/10 freehub body 3/8 volcanoes
  • Elite BMX front hub 36h 3/8 volcanoes
  • 170mm No Boss Race crank arms raw clear
  • GDH chromo spindle with “Hop up” spindle bolts
  • Mid BB with double large cone washers
  • 28t Spline Drive sprocket
  • Logo Slim pivotal seat

By the way, anybody seen the new AC-2 hub system yet?

Dream of mine is to wake up one day to find out Profile is releasing a full out 4130 DJ frame with 80s Champ Procharacteristics as a tribute frame cool

Love Profile products. I know this has nothing to do with function, but I really wish more of the Profile product still had engraved logos and details vs more recent stuff having light etching or painted logos. Sure alot has to deal with staying competitive while keeping production in the US.
