1987 Schwinn Predator Free Form Pro

My 1st pink bike-SOLD

Schwinn Freeform Pro frame, fork and bars, ACS stem, Sugino 1-piece crank with powerdisc & chainring, Victor DX style pedals, Schwinn YO! 48 wheels, Dia-Compe 883 front/750 rear brakes, Dia-Compe Tech 6 levers, Schwinn seat post clamp, Schwinn YO! Rock n' Roll seat, Schwinn fluted cro-mo seat post, Duro Comp ST-style freestyle tires, Mushroom style grips.
Another style of freestyle F/F added to the herd. I like this frame style out of all the Schwinn offerings. Found a survivor, pretty much stock, cleaned a little, painted frame and re-built as you see it. It came out like I thought and it's a thrill to ride. I appreciate any comments. Enjoy…

Re: 1987 Schwinn Predator Free Form Pro

Got to love the style of the Free Form Pro!! Nice restore on a highly under rated 80s freestyle bike. In my opinion, every bit as cool as a Haro Master, or Hutch Trickstar. Nice work.

Thanks for the kudos. The pink looks closer to the large picts I have instead of the ones you click on to enlarge. Not sure why they have a color shift. I think it's the museum's conversion.

Re: 1987 Schwinn Predator Free Form Pro

I think 87 was the best year for the Freeforms.

Down to four bikes, but satisfied with the ones left.

Re: 1987 Schwinn Predator Free Form Pro

predators rock and 1987 was the best year (without a doubt) for their freestyle line.  fantastic bikes for the $.  Still have mine from 1987 i bought with lawn mowing $.  The PROs were sick though.  Great bike.
