Re: 1991 Bully Bashguard

hey!a bully!long time no see!I had one of these, the 1990 edition, black and blue, they look really similar, the graphics on this were the bomb!I still have a decal,it was so cool!the bars and stem were cool too.hey,an indy chain!almost nobody remembers indy industries,I had the fork and sold it to one of the members here, shitfit, along with a morales frame.I want  to sell the yellow one on my bikes,if youre interested, since you told me you liked it.nice pacman sprocket!and the 860's were really good, more durable than boas.

That is a cool frame with the bashguard built on it. That kind of reminds me of a dyno slammer. smile

Re: 1991 Bully Bashguard

I remember those things. They came out at a bad time in the sport. All of us, second-generation riders from the 80's, had just graduated from high school and had to get jobs and so forth. We didn't know it would be okay to still be riding at 30-something. Anyhow, my friend and I happened to go into a popular bike shop here in LA that sponsored local pro riders, and there was the prototype Bully frame in the store. It was being tested.

Definatley a cool bike! Irode them when they first came out they have always been a great street bike. I still ride mine every chance i get . I love the response from the new school riders when i show up to the park with my oldschool bikes .

Re: 1991 Bully Bashguard

cool

Should throw a set of decals on it to dress it up that way when your friend who is riding it gets asked "what is that thing" he can at least tell them it's a Bully!
