I really don't believe this is a 1995 frame. This was actually a newer 2000's frame for flatlander Leif Valin. I dont even think Eastern had started in 1995. I happen to have the first production eastern the commando 1997 frame I think (Which I will post as soon as I get some pics of it, pictured in the website). They were made in 2003. Ride BMX April 2003 Page 39 Eastern Ad. Designed by Leif Valin. They also Had a seeker fork and Pivot Pegs , looked like Day Smith Pages.
