1984 GT Pro Performer

Im getting close now to having this thing finshed now.I just need to paint the disk to match, the neck could use a paint too.

First Pro Performer, alot of the original parts, some close fits. Has the original Araya 7c rims, high flange Suzue hubs, Takagi crank sugino disk/chainwheel the post thats on it now is fluted.I do plan on putting on the correct seatpost eventually but im in no hurry cause this ones great.

Re: 1984 GT Pro Performer

I had just put some blue Ame grips and had this thing lookin good and these were two of my faves to ride, I wasnt ever gonna get rid of them. Unfortunately it looks like ill never get to paint the disk blue and finish this 84 cause it was stolen last night. I have had a space issue with my bikes, and had to keep 2 bikes outside locked up. This morning I was awakened to find this bike and my 94 Performer gone with the fat cable that locked them being cut. Sad part is I am in the process of moving to a large house with a garage and lots of storage space within the next couple weeks. Everything would have been safe arggggh! sad
Dam I feel sick! sad  mad !?!!
