Re: 1983 Robinson Pro

Ive been looking for one of these to build from frame and fork for a while now. This is EXACTLY what im looking for and dont care if its been rechromed. Is it for sale? Please let me know.

Short story why i want one. ...Back in the `80s my friends and I RODE and RACED Robinsons and I also had a `83 Redline. Broke my spine back in `92. was told id never walk, or ride, again. I sold them to a old dude i knew. He wanted to do something nice for his grandkids. So , thinking Id never ride or build again...i sold them BOTH, my Robinson AND my Redline to him.

Things have changed now and can actually ride again. But i REFUSE to ride without my PRIDE and JOY.  The `80 to `83 Pro frames with the ROUND (not flat, cause they always cracked at the welds) reenforcement "bars" for the breaks and the rear lower forks. I plan on period parts to go on it. The pro bars, old Dk neck, 401 180mm Flight cranks, OR SR Tubluar 180 1 piece crank. Had Old School GT Power Series also, Ukai 1-3/8 Bubbled rims with Philwood sealed hubs OR bullseye with the threading on BOTH sides for different sprockets. Ill figure the rest later. will you sell???

If at first you don't succeed.....you fail.  smile
