1981 CW Racing ZL Pro
1981 CW Racing ZL Pro
3rd place in the 2011 Summer build off
This was an ebay find that I picked up for a fair price considering what it is "see last picture"
The only things left from when purchased is the frame n fork, this one went through a total makeover
I talked to Jaun from BMX addicts and we agreed on this being a 81 and not an 80 because he said there were just a handfull made in 80 so the chances this is an 80 is pretty rare but it could be, but with no way to verify I will just stick with 81.
This is not a catalog build by any means. I wanted this to be like if I owned it BITD and swapped parts out the way I wanted it. The CW Racing web site made it way too easy to get awsome parts for a fair price.
Hope you like the choices I made

Fan friggin tastic! Man that is one clean looking bike. Great colors and I love how you built it as a bike that you would have custom built back in the day. Factory spec builds are cool for sure, but I never had a bike that didnt get tricked out a week after I bought it. Very well done, super classy build:)
