1988 Diamond Back Hot Streak

Picked up this one before knowing what it actually was. Good thing is it had most parts. A flick through a few 88' Freestylin magazines and soon discovered this is an 88 hot streak so I set about restoring it from those pictures. Frame and most parts are shared with the Mike.D & Woody Itson Strike Zones of the same year. Impossible to find decals so had to make my own. If anyone has a set I of originals I would be very interested.

Sweet, you brought that one back from the dead for sure!

Having the project is what makes me happy, finishing it isn't something I think about.

Way to bring that thing back from the dead.  That HT angle is way steep.  Decals look good.

Super cool resto!  All of us DB fans appreciate you bringing that baby back to life.

PS - I have an '88 Hot Streak still new in the box that I'm about to unleash.

Awesome job! You need better and more photos though. The one photo of the restored bike is really dark. It also looks like the forks are a bit bent backwards? Just slightly.
