1986 GT Performer

Metallic blue paint w/gloss finish. 99 decals. Mostly 95 GT Performer parts.97 gusseted Performer bars. Hand made 48K freestyle wheels and Bulldog brakes.

This frame was in my friends junk pile for about 15 years under a bunch of car parts. It needed some serious work but you wouldn't know it to look at it now.

Re: 1986 GT Performer

I like the way we rode BITD... we used what we had, or could beg, borrow, or get as a gift! But, that said, this is pretty nice all the same. Nice color. Don't see '86 Performers dark blue very often!

WTB: Nothing, unless it's a real cheap local survivor score!

"BICYCLING DON'TS: Stunting, doing wheelies, or 'dirt biking' places stresses on bicycles far above design intentions.
Damage such as broken welds, bent forks, and 'flat spots' on rims will result" -- Breaking all the bicycling rules since 1977.

Re: 1986 GT Performer

This old school with non Era correct parts and newer decals looks awesome. Why it doesn't have more faves is baffling. The purists snobs must be crying in their pillows. Screw em...Faved. cool
