Do helis and planes count? LOL I have 4 helis and 3 planes, I prefer air to ground unless its a full scale R2D2 or K-9.

Maxxis just replaced my motor for free, plus through in a free 16t gear. I'm sticking to off road, I'm not ready for 50+ mph.... I should have some footage from the bmx track by mid week.....

Hot looking vintage...keep it coming big_smile

I can get over 2 hours on my 5000mah 3s lipo battery with a 35t motor on my scaler/crawler. And that's pretty hard running and binding.

*edit* And on my 2wd slash  I run around 30 minutes with a 5000mah 2s lipo battery. 4600kv motor. Running hard at a local short course track.

Cool, I think the biggest battery I have is 1500 and the other is 1300... I should get one of those new ones. Cheers.

The parts are not that hard to find for it. I Have A Original Hawk just like Yours. Mine is in like new condition. They are only selling on the bay for around $50-60 or so. If I were You I would just hold on to it...

I Just checked on the bay. They have all the body mounts and shock mounts for the Hawk. Like I Said before. Being that Traxxas is still in business. The parts for these are pretty easy to get. You could have that RC up and running for next to nothing. I also just checked the completed listings and a complete 1 with remote and body just recently sold for only $35....

Ill check the bay and get this scaring our cats again.

cool I don't usually go to the hobby stores for anything. Most of the time they don't have anything for the old RC's and If they can get it they have to order it. Also there price is most of the time higher then what I Can get the parts for on the bay or other places online...
