Re: 1985 Hutch Judge

That ride is Bitchen. Definitely a fav

Bending rims and breaking hubs for over 20yrs

Since I am of the old school, I immediately jump up and proclaim that I'm okay, but in truth it really hurt, and I would prefer to do what today's young riders do and just lie on the ground, whimpering, until five or six people showed up to help me stand.

Re: 1985 Hutch Judge

I had a Judge series (unfortunately was stolen), and the thing about them was the head angle - it was STEEP, which made for really fast steering. Riders who weren't used to it were really SQUIRRELY because of it.

While it was a steep angle for the time, (especially if you were used to riding a CW or Redline) the head angle was 74 deg., which is 1/2 deg shallower than most current race bikes, and exactly the same as the Free Agent Limo and Revcore.

Re: 1985 Hutch Judge

I loved those "candy" colored Hutches.  I was too small for them or else I would have gotten one.  I have a picture of S. Veltman carrying one just like this.  Very Choice color.
