1980 Healing Industries Supermax

Rare single gusset early model Supermax

I am building this up to be a replica of the Supermax I had as a kid, therefore gold!
Frame and Fork stripped and powder coated gold (thanks Procoat)
Tange TX-500 forks
Tange headset
Polished SR Stem
Tange seat clamp
Have got some original Tourney Cranks that need finishing, original bars and some gold rims that need hubs and a respoke!
Will finish soon once all other parts are aquired :)

Re: 1980 Healing Industries Supermax

For me, this bike really was the ultimate original NZ BMX.
The rolls royce - of the locally made bikes anyway.
Looking superb so far - look forward to seeing it finished.
A worthy project for sure!
