These are approximate prices as there are numerous considerations in the labor involved for more complex pieces. I offer a discount on multiple items. Prices include minor repair and prep work as well as disposal fee. It does not include the return shipping which varies greatly depending upon number of parts shipped, destination, dimensions, etc. We can make sure all stamps and weld beads maintain their visibility at your request as well depending on the desired finish quality. For ground out or washed stamps, we also offer Laser Etching but please allow 2-4 week additional completion time. We do minor repair work but need to see project pics to do so first, so please include pics of special areas with your initial quote request. Usual turnaround time is 4-6 weeks for most jobs. Please email any questions to: 2RADDRESTOS@Comcast.net

Gold Plating:
Basic Info for Chrisbear1970:
Need some of your chrome pieces 24KT gold-plated? I can do them!!!You pay to ship it to me and I will pay the return shipping. I have over 13 years experience doing gold-plating. I do excellent work and have very reasonable prices. I can gold-plate anything that is chrome plated. The better the condition of chrome= better condition of gold as gold-plating does not remove imperfections. I can also use my plater to clean chrome plated items(like an acid bath) due to a dual setting. It will strip chrome on one setting or clean it on another. Cleaning it will remove minor rust spots and pitting and make your chrome shiny again! Prices below include shipping back to you. ***WILL CONSIDER DOING PLATING FOR PARTS &/OR BIKES***
ALL PARTS MUST BE CHROME PLATED FOR ME TO GOLD-PLATE THEM!!!
Gold-plating prices: Chrome cleaning prices:
bars(complete)$95.00 frame-$75
bars(cross-bar)$30.00 fork-$40
crank set-$80.00 bars-$40
chrome chainwheel(or spider)$35.00 PM with other requests
stems(including bolts)$45.00
seatpost clamp-$25.00 seatpost-$50.00
headset-$45.00 brake-$35.00
chrome frame-$700.00-$900.00(depends on
amount of gold used).
fork-$95.00 chrome rims-$200.00/set
PM for other part quotes.
PM me or e-mail to Chrisbear1970@aol.com
***PLEASE PM OR E-MAIL PICS OF ITEMS TO BE GOLD-PLATED BEFORE SHIPPING TO ME*** It will save us both shipping money If I can't do them. E-mail is Chrisbear1970@aol.com
***I CAN ALSO TRUE YOUR BMX WHEELS- $30.00 FOR A SINGLE WHEEL OR $50.00 A SET SHIPPED BACK TO YOU!!!***(Re-move tires before shipping-to save weight) My Park Tools TS-2 Truing Stand...that I can do some Custom Wheel building-you buy the parts, ship them to me, and I build the wheels for $25.00 each wheel/ $50.00 a set.
Revcore Refinishing is still offering restoration services in Automotive Paint, Powder, Nickel, Standard Chrome & Triple Chrome:
I want to add the following: Our services may not be as inexpensive as the usual local shop, but we are BMX exclusive and follow very specific parameters to accomplish the best results out there (Chemical strip by hand {no media blasting}; mild oxide bath; copper filling all dings, dents, scratches, washer marks {No fillers or automotive compounds used}; all the work is done by hand, including polishing to preserve welds and stamps... We'll even install the decals for you.
Please feel free to reach out with photos and specific needs, at this time our turnaround is 7 business days for paint and five weeks for chrome... (Turnaround: As in from the time we receive to the time we are ready to ship back).
Thanks.

Re: Chrome/Paint/Plating/Powder/Repairs/Stores
Powdercoat is allot more durable but more costly.... Paint if done right is about the same price but less durable... you can paint allot cheaper than powder coating in most cases unless done professionally then it is a push in price.

I agree on the duable stuff but my local powder shop has been doing my f/f/b/p for $65 & I called around for paint and it's been close to $200 so I choose to powder all my bikes....... Just my 2 cents
