Well another update of parts that came in this week....
Got the frame, fork, bars & post at chrome should be done within a week or two...
I did find the correct gen. post for this so the 86 post is getting replaced....
Should get the tuf pro back this week then I can take the polished lot to anodize smile
Well anyways on to the pics.............
Super clean AME bubble fonts

Sticker set from ultrahive of course... got the chrome bar sticker from Rob though

Kinda undecided on the valve caps.... GT will match tires, polished will match spokes/nipples & red will match ano....

Yea I guess I could have..... the only part I felt bad about was the pedals. I was going chrome and black but changed it up to red so I still have the NOS bodies on the pedals to I am happy to salvage that much big_smile
The rest of the stuff was kinda odd ball colors that had little value so what better to refinish for the best results that NOS parts with no wear or damage......

That anodize turned out really nice.  Your attention to the small details is what makes your bikes look so nice, especially the little things like matching hub decals.  Looking forward to your next progress post. wink

Not if he was going for a straight off the showroom floor look.  It is always easier to take new parts where the surfaces are undamaged and refinish them.

Calismooth, great job.  The red and chrome are looking really nice together.  Seeing your parts has made my decision for me on what colors to use on my next build.

Homer drool for me too bro! The parts look beautiful, can't wait til they're all put together and like Wired said, your attention to detail IS what is going to take this build to the next level... cool
