1985 Randor Turbo BMX

OG all the way.

SOLD!!Can't say I've seen one of these before. $14.99 at the Thrift Store with, I believe,OG everything but not sure. Couldn't see any popular upgrades anywhere. Lee Chi brakes maybe upgraded. Shimano rear wheel and the front hub dates 1985 with RT in an oval? Maybe it's RJ. Hope to get a little info on that one. Bathed it once and need to detail it more. Still a lot of filth in corners and tight spots. I would say Randor tried to copy the Redline look just so that families could afford a good looking bike for their kid's. I had a Redline 500a at age 14 and would have ridin this all day!!

Re: 1985 Randor Turbo BMX

My first BMX bike was a Randor. It was chrome with red accents and a checkered red and white pad set. This bike took my jumping skills to the next level considering that the bike I had before it was a 20" road bike (which I still jumped with) and a little "chopper" type bike before that (which I jumped with also).:)

Freestyle!

Re: 1985 Randor Turbo BMX

That was my first bmx style bike.  My Dad bought a couple for me and my brother for christmas one year.  I'm pretty sure the grips where oakley style Light orange on dark orange or white on dark orange.  The dark matched the cables.  Those grips that are on it look nice though.  If you ever want to sell it let me know.:)
